After their successful defense in a recent death penalty trial alongside Monroe County Public Defender Jeanne Wiggins, Wade Davies and paralegal Meghan Franklin were invited to speak at the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Capital Defense training on March 22, 2024 in Nashville. Wade and Meghan discussed how they investigated the facts and organized a massive amount of information in a way that allowed them to quickly access information that established their client’s defense. The murder charges were dismissed during the middle of trial.
